Three-time Olympic medalist and six-time world champion
Nic Fink is a two-time Olympian and three-time Olympic medalist who specializes in breaststroke. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, he won gold as a member of the world-record-setting mixed 4x100-meter medley relay and earned silver medals in the men’s 100-meter breaststroke and the men’s 4x100-meter medley relay.
Fink has earned 13 medals at the long-course World Championships, including six gold medals. During his collegiate career at the University of Georgia, he earned 19 All-America honors and won six Southeastern Conference titles, including four consecutive championships in the 100-yard breaststroke.
Fink earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from Georgia and a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Tech. He now works full time as a licensed professional engineer for HBK Engineering. Fink is also a 10-year athlete representative on the USA Swimming Board of Directors and serves as vice chair of the USA Swimming Athletes’ Advisory Council.
